Understand the fear and do it anyway
When you learn it disappears
In some way, this episode is inspired by Susan Jeffers great book Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, I bought my copy a few years ago and unconsciously I believe it’s helped me do things I never thought I’d do.
The more I look into ‘stuff’, that well-known technical term, such as Fear, Anxiety, FOMO, Imposter Syndrome, Low Self-Esteem, and lack of confidence the more I get to reinforce the that they all have a positive intention AND when we understand that and the real conflict it’s causing they fade away and disappear.
It’s fighting it, trying to push through it, or against it, you’re fighting your unconscious mind and there’s only one winner there! AND how’s that actually working for you? It’s not, is it? AND it’s probably getting more and more intense as time goes by.
There’s a simple way to let go of so much of this, In Simplicity there is Genius – Bless ‘Albie’ Einstien!!!
Come with me in this deeper dive than most go and let’s learn from my working with client Fears and Anxiety and when you do and take the Golden Nuggets inside and make changes NOW.
