Do It or You’ll Regret It
Have you ever done something that you you were a little afraid of doing, maybe not confident or even not knowing why you were going o do it and it was a Success with a capital S! How did that feel when you did it?
Have you regretted not doing something? I guess if you’re like me the answer’s YES.
Seth Godden reminded me of this when I was listening to him and it really resonated.
He said:
You rarely or never regret having done something but you nearly always regret not doing something.
So what have you or do you regret not doing it and I wonder what stopped you – fear? Anxiety? a negative belief?
Come with me and explore this and how we can change the things we WILL do that in the past we wouldn’t have. If you do you may never have a regret again :O)
