Either or Radical or counter-intuitive
Evolution or revolution? and does it have to either or?
We are told, from so many places, we have to be so radical to make a significant change and only being counter-intuitive is the way.
Maybe not being radical is actually counter-intuitive Oh it’s so messy to think only one way and no doubt, like me, you have seen radical paths can be so destructive because they’re not thought through and the only direction is to be radical. That doesn’t work yet we do need to think differently to create new things.
Come with me to talk about both sides of this line of thinking and see if we can come up with a way or better still ways (plural) and evolve ways to succeed in ourselves and bring others along by example.
