Give Praise to Succeed

Yes, we’re back with a new Five Minute Quickie podcast and a new thought about the future.

Guess what? I was listening to the radio and an interview with a footballer telling of how receiving praise made him just want to play better for his manager. I thought Hey! Here’s something that might be new to learn and share. But it wasn’t.

It was just what we have been advocating for years, no more feedback sandwich but fishes of praise and appreciation.

Way back in December 2017 in FMQ 137 ‘Learning from Dolphins’ I shared what I had learned about giving fishes and seeing something happen before your eyes.

Why not listen t both and learn how to empower and motivate with ease. As usual, it follows the ‘In simplicity there is Genius’  philosophy we follow here and get the most from our energy investment = Happy Daze  :O)
