#356 Never Have To Regret Again

Never Have To Regret Again

What would that be like?

In this episode, I explore the intention of regret and how to let the emotion go.

Regret, like all negative emotions, has a reason to keep prodding us and whilst it starts way back it just continues to intensify and add limiting beliefs that can generalize into other areas of our life.

Our unconscious mind always does everything for a reason, we call it positive intention and until we understand it it keeps prodding away.

So in this episode, we’ll explore ways to understand and see how we would want to have acted in the past and install that into our future so we don’t keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

You may need a pen and paper to really get this going and when you do REGRET Be Gone!

Please share what resonates with you or you will only feel regret if you don’t   :O)
