FREE HYPNOSIS – Being Your Best
Following on from the last longer podcast #289 Did You Do Your Best Today I promised you a hypnosis track to help put being your best into a habit.
Habits are unconscious so where best to start than at the unconscious level with hypnosis? Usually, I would put this directly into my free hypnosis section at paulcloughonline.com/podcast but I’ve decided to treat you all and make it available here and there. If you want the other 50 plus hypnosis and NLP process tracks that’s where you will have to go.
Remember this is hypnosis so make sure nothing needs your attention (there’s more about that below) and set your intention to do your best and then get a little bit better each day.
