Fear / Anxiety – How’s that working for you?
So It’s a simple question if you’re fearful or anxious – “How’s that working for you?”
If you have listened to this podcast a little while you will get it that I’m into the positive intention of emotions and behaviors and from that, we ask what’s the intention of fear and anxiety? Easy -Safety – Your safety.
And that’s ok when fight or flight is appropriate but overwhelming anxiety is inappropriate and there are so many better ways your unconscious mind can protect you and let go of that conflict.
So let’s ask that question and see where better and more resourceful emotions and behaviors can be utilized – Come with me on this short but meaningful dive into finding better ways.
