I’m Not Good Enough – What If It’s Not True
What!? I may be good enough – No Way!
Maybe there is a question, when you ask it of yourself you may just change your mind – Your Unconscious Mind.
We all have negative beliefs, don’t you?
I’m not good enough, I’m not worthy, I’m stupid, I’m <you fill in the blank>
So from my thinking book, my ‘Puzzle book’ where I sit and think and muse and in some way connect to my unconscious mind.
This is what I was thinking about these negative beliefs we so easily accept – have you ever asked “Is this true?” and then ask yourself have I ever been the opposite, when I have been Good Enough – been Worthy – been Ok – been successful? What examples do I have from my past that disprove those beliefs?
When you find them then you will know these negative beliefs are untrue ad unfounded.
I know we will dive deeper into this but it’s a 5-minute Quickie podcast to get you to think over a coffee, a tea, a beer, wine <you fill in the blank>
