A quick 5-minute quickie to get you to think – Oh?
I tend to find that most people think of therapy, Hypnosis, NLP or Time Line TherapyTM as being used for dealing with negative ‘stuff’, and it’s partly true because they are all great for that.
Using the same processes we can take a good feeling and make it better but we have to be vigilant because when we feel good we can forget that we are feeling good because we’re in the feeling good feeling.
When we get into the present moment as we’re feeling good then ……… Well, I’ll tell you how in 5 minutes right here.
