Vulnerability Starts Here – Inside

Vulnerability Starts Here – Inside

Vulnerability has become one of the most overused words in personal development.
Everyone’s talking about it. Few people explain it properly.

Somewhere along the line, vulnerability got confused with oversharing. With dumping emotional baggage in inappropriate places. With being “open” before feeling safe.

And for most people, that just doesn’t work.

Real vulnerability doesn’t start by telling others everything.
It starts by being honest with yourself.

In this episode, I wanted to take the pressure off. You don’t need to spill your guts. You don’t need to relive painful memories. And you certainly don’t need to be vulnerable with people who haven’t earned that trust.

What you do need is internal honesty.

When we push emotions down, they don’t disappear. They wait. They get louder. And they start running behaviours that don’t make sense.

The first step is simply acknowledging what’s there — without judgement, without analysis, and without forcing change.

From there, everything shifts.

This episode guides you through:

  • Sitting with emotions instead of fighting them

  • Working with the part of you that’s been trying to protect you

  • Asking better internal questions that create learning

  • Using visualisation to gain insight safely

  • Reconnecting with yourself without pressure or fear

When you feel safe inside, vulnerability becomes natural.
You don’t need to force it.
You don’t need to explain everything.

You just become more you.

And that’s where real change begins.
