How To Step Away From Fear and Anxiety
And More Importantly To Step Into What You Want To Be
I don’t care who you are (I do really) but everyone has felt or suffered from fear or anxiety at some point in their life and some of us feel them both now.
That’s why this episode, to share a way to enable you to step away from them and it’s important to understand that both fear and anxiety are trying to do something for you positively. When we get to understand this we, your conscious and unconscious minds, will get the conflict. The conflict of what your unconscious mind is trying to do for you and what it’s actually achieving and when we learn that, things start to change in a way that pleases us.
This sounds complicated but if I get it then it obviously isn’t :O)
