Sleep is so important so we can enjoy being awake.
And we’ve, well I know I have, have experienced not being able to sleep or waking up wide awake and it’s still night time. There’s probably a great positive intention from you best friend that’s creating this too but it’s just not working because when you’re awake at night you can’t really do anything and when you’re awake you’re too tired to do anything.
Let me explain all, not here but in the podcast :O)
