FMQ 472 Why You’re Afraid to Fail

Why You’re Afraid to Fail

How is it that fearing failure is actually doing something good for you. In effect protect you from failure.

The issue is that it also generates those negative and limiting beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’I’m not worthy‘ and so on.

The thing is there is a direct conflict in this form of protection is to actual feel a failure and really believe I’m not good enough because I didn’t do the stuff I want to do because of that ,now, inappropriate fear.

So let’s muse how we can change this, to stay protected and do the stuff I dream of.

Come with me now for 5 or so minutes and hopefully we’ll dive deeper in a longer episode
