Let’s Push Negative Emotions Away – No!
Ever had a sad feeling for no reason? or simply down? or even a feeling that just doesn’t feel good and you don’t know why?
Yeah, Me too.
And the first thing we try to do is push it away and it doesn’t and usually gets a little more stronger, more intense.
Why is that? And What can we do to make it disappear?
