How To Feel Awesome (or Just Bloomin’ Comfortable) Every Day
Why? Because you can!
You will remember the quote “You get what you think about most of the time – Whether you want it or not”
We all know that if you wake up in a good mood things just go well and if you wake up in a down mood the day tends to go badly. We’ve all seen others who are negative more often than not things just tend to go wrong for them. And there are loads of other examples of similar negative outlooks.
Can you think about yourself experiencing little bits of negativity and how that affects us, our day, and the people around us? Hmmm not so good and we miss good things which are there but the vale of negativity he them from our view.
We’ll start with the pain of the above and then go to pleasure when we change it.
In this episode, we’ll go through ways in which we can change and focus and experience more of the good stuff.
I even include a process to flood ourselves, you, with more pleasure than you stand and have it spread into your day. You’ll need to think of 3 times in the past, specific times when you felt Awesome and then……… Well, you’ll just have to listen and learn.
This is a great process to share and also remember you can do this for other emotions and enhance your career or relationships there is no end to what you can do with this process.
