One Question That Will Change Your Eating Habits and More
Do you ever consider how you will feel after doing something you probably know you shouldn’t do? Very rarely if you’re like me.
It’s that short-term, quick fix of pleasure like snacking or that extra helping that at the moment is Yummy but half an hour later Oh the guilt! The heavy feeling the lethargy. The weight gain Argh! All so much more than that small moment of pleasure. Yet we never consider all the after-effects, do we?
And this can be the same for other areas of our – don’t you think? That extra couple of drinks, just one more video reel that one more, well you fill in the blank.
Now I am not suggesting this is a magic bullet if we have emotional issues attached to these excessive behaviors but I know it will help there too.
Have a listen and get into the habit of asking this question and you will feel so much better
