Imposter syndrome part 2
So welcome to this second part of delving into our world of feeling an imposter.
In some ways being an imposter to me means I’m not yet living to my full potential and as I understand and believe our potential is infinite ao I never will live up to my potential so I’ll always be an imposter and that’s OK!! :O)
Now we’ve got that out of the way we can dive deeper into this syndrome
the definition of a syndrome is:
a group of symptoms which consistently occur together, or a condition characterized by a set of associated symptoms.
a characteristic combination of opinions, emotions, or behaviour.
Yay!! It looks like I was right after all – it’s just a set of behaviors, beliefs or thoughts and all of which can be changed in a jiffy!
so now lets get into the how to’s in this episode and having understood the intention of having this ‘syndrome’??? we can find better ways you unconscious mind can use to allow you to succeed anywhere and feel safe from whatever it was protecting you from – you’ll have to listen to part 1 for that – you did listen didn’t you?????
