One Small Step to Changing How You Feel
And it’s so simple
Would it be important or of interest to know how to change your emotions when how you feel and how you want to feel is so far away from each other?
It was to me and led me down a path of understanding why we don’t or feel we can’t make that change because it’s too big and overwhelming.
And guess what? I’ll share this all with you in around 30 minutes and also guide you through the ‘How’ which so many don’t or won’t do – I can’t do that, my mission here is to share what I know already or learn something new. In doing this I get to achieve my dream of being me, the real me and see how this passion creates wonderful changes.
So I’ll share with you a way to make changes from feeling a negative emotion, such as feeling depressed, down, grief, shame, well you fill in the blank to how you would like to feel but in increments – stepping stones as it were
A big shout out to Benjamin Stubbs for reminding me of this and I hope I have developed this into something you can use over and over again. And because when you have done it once your unconscious mind will remember this way and begin to do it automatically.
