One Affirmation That Works
I have an issue with affirmations especially the ones that don’t reflect what you really think.
Let me give you an example:
I’m Happy I’m Happy I’m Happy I’m Happy I’m Happy
but the thing is I’m not I just wish I were, in fact, it’s so far away from how I feel it’s making me feel worse. And that’s the point I have real difficulties with as I believe like this it sets up a conflict between your conscious mind and your unconscious mind.
What I believe is, first deal with the cause of your unhappiness and then apply yourself to find happiness – Simples.
But and yes I don’t like buts either
And I have an affirmation that really does work. Have a good listen and use it and see, hear, and feel how good it works.
