FMQ 310 Make Yourself Known

Make Yourself Known

it works both ways

You probably know my thoughts on World Mental Health Day (it’s too important to be only one day, should be 365 days every year).

Anyone suffering in any way in terms of their mental health, the way they feel, and how that affects them generally hides it or doesn’t know how to broach the subject. That’s a great shame that we have to help make disappear.

This short podcast, 5-minute quickie, was inspired by watching a TV program of two comics, getting on a likkle bit, and reminiscing and being open about their health and issues they had experienced – It was lovely to watch and be part of this experience (thank you, Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse).

It was during one of their chats they invited a lovely doctor to give advice on opening up and what he shared was simple yet so effective.

What did he share? Come on with me for the next few minutes and find out. What you learn could save a life and that might even be yours.

I hope you enjoy this episode and feel enough to share it with everyone you know

It will mean so much to me, you, and a whole lot more to boot!

Shine brightly
