Loneliness Part II

The Silent Pandemic

Never Alone

Never By Yourself

Always With Yourself

Another dive into loneliness starting with what I began to write in the front of my journals, and I noticed I have been writing that, with Myself instead of yourself, for a few years now. It reminds me that I’m always here.

If this episode can make a small in road to one person it’s job done and if we get to become more aware of others who may be suffering it’s a double whammy because lonely people don’t talk about it. If they did it would start to end their loneliness OOO! there’s s thought.   :O)

I’ve approached this episode looking at the positive intention behind being lonely. Every behavior has a positive intention for the person doing the behavior so let us explore there. I know when we do we’ll find a conflict at an unconscious level and understanding that just may lead us to find a better way to get it and lose that dreaded loneliness and all that goes with it.

Now I admit I have never suffered real long-lasting loneliness so I might miss the mark but I’m trying my best. If you are suffering and you can guide me to how you do loneliness that would be great so I can do more in another episode.

Whether you suffer or whether you don’t it’s so important to explore this issue as you may find yourself going towards it or notice a friend or colleague that may be suffering and if this gives a start to ending both it’s worth putting half an hour aside to listen and share.

Oh! Nearly forgot, the processes I describe here can be used for other issues just as well
