Performance anxiety – we all experience it – Part 1

We all perform – Yes we do!

Some perform in front of an audience, before examiners, sitting exams, in sports, in meetings, with our partner or friends, in fact we all perform all the time at being us. That’s why when Wills, a musician and music teacher, asked for this topic to be discussed I felt it was so important to give it my best and to that end it became a two part podcast with maybe more to follow.

When I say we all preform at being us what I mean is being aligned, congruent, singing as it were with our true voice – being our best US.

My aim is to give you tools that work at letting go of this anxiety and allow you to be this best you you can be. To this we’ll dive into the intention of performance anxiety what it really is and what it’s trying to do for you. From there we’ll go on to discover processes that you can choose to apply. You may even notice that each process builds upon then one before. (Clever Heh!)
