Hypnosis to spice up your life
So what does all this mean? Well, from wasting a little time watching a cookery program I had a mini Ah Ha! moment. Isn’t it strange where and what creates them?
So inspired I went to the mike and recorded the hypnosis track to have your unconscious mind ‘spice’ up the things that you do so you get to taste the richness of life.
It’s best that you listen to this episode before experiencing the hypnosis so both your conscious and unconscious minds are aligned to the making of your waking day filled with……………….
