It’s time to celebrate

Why is it important to celebrate? Well first of all it feels really good and doesn’t hurt anyone or anything in fact the effect is long reaching.

Trouble is we don’t, well I know I don’t, deliberately notice our achievements we forget to focus on what’s working well but single out the few things that we feel didn’t go right. Just as importantly we, well I know I don’t, recognise the large number of mini successes. What would happen if we, and me, did?

Let me share a few personal stories.
