Hypnosis Mindfulness and Meditation
I’m guessing everyone here will agree mindfulness is a good thing to practice – in some form or other – Your way.
And maybe we know that meditation is a good way to practice focusing if nothing else and we may go along with there’s a whole lot more in the way of benefits.
Both can be difficult or maybe better said as taking an intention and a little effort even though they should be effortless.
Both take practice and good practice makes for good practice that can be made permanent with practice.
Having said all that what would happen if you threw Hypnosis in the mix with the intention to get your unconscious mind on board?
Well, I reckon as your unconscious mind makes habits, good or not so good, and hypnosis accesses the unconscious mind we would get to enjoy effortless practice and the success that that would bring.
So here’s a hypnosis track in this episode so no driving or anything that needs your attention when you listen
