#185 A Stretch – Uncomfortable But Not Painful

There’s a fine line from being totally motivated, moving forward, and finally being successful

AND

being overwhelmed, demoralized, and not getting the result you want.

It’s about going between what you ‘kinda’ know and what you ‘kinda’ don’t’ (from Jordan Peterson) and he’s so right!

Let me give you some examples from my own life and hopefully, I’ll be able to go deeper into this important concept of learning. When you get it right you can make massive progress. If you get it wrong you can go from confused, where you’re just about to get it Ah Ha! moment to total overwhelm.

When you know this and the simple (In simplicity there is genius AE) process I’ll share with you you will be amazed, grow in confidence and success YAY! :O)
