So not only the WHAT do you want NOT to feel
HOW to let it go and feel the way you want to
Big stuff for a little podcast ut we’re up for the challenge which to be fair is not so big when you know.
Let’s face we all, you and me both, will feel a negative emotion once and a while or a bit more often and ok so you could just live with them BUT why should you? And it’s not a case of having to go back to times when you first felt that way – I won’t and don’t do that because there are, I believe better and more comfortable ways to let go of the negative ‘stuff’ and feel the way you want to feel.
It doesn’t matter if it’s just a bit of sadness or depression, frustration to outright anger, feeling guilty or ashamed or well you can fill in the bank because they will fit in here.
Be prepared for an experience to deep dive into this and the process I take you through. I keep it simple because in my experience the simple stuff just works – so they’ll be no biggin’ this up – just comfortable fun.
