Anxiety From A Different Perspective
Or Letting go of Anxiety by getting out of Anxiety
The title seems quite obvious yet we very seldom do it. It’s so very difficult to find the answer when you’re neck-deep in the problem. And simply interrupting the pattern of your anxiety just doesn’t do it by itself, you have to do more than that.
And to help us slip into finding the way, well one way, I call upon three quotations that shine a light on why we need to look at our issue (this applies to all negative emotions such as anger, sadness, grief, jealousy, you fill in the blank). to get distance and see things differently which makes us feel differently.
